FAILING UP initially formed in 2016 when Tanya, Adam, and Ben came together and started writing songs that combined their unique styles. They released the "Parasite" EP in 2017 and "Voices in My Head" in 2018, quickly gaining a reputation in underground circles for their energetic live shows.

In 2019 the EP "Sword And The Wall" was released through Sound Speed Records. The band is currently writing and rehearsing for a planned full-length album, and planning more shows for the Western United States and beyond.
